In addition to this, Blizzard should maintain the heroes of the games in mind. A new roster of playable characters would be great, but the capacity to unlock the likes of this Necromancer in-game would include a fresh way to keep players engaged, possibly by completing specific criteria such as in Super Smash Bros. like a certain number of hours beating or playing the game on particular difficulty levels.
Though Diablo 3 is still plenty of fun, porting within its gameplay into a sequel can make it feel somewhat dated in comparison to a competitors.
This may even be seen.
Is a growth of the roll dodge mechanic which was introduced into the edition of Diablo 3. Including a bit of nuance to that, and of course making it available to PC players, could give service to the player. Some sort of capability could also do the world of great, and make Diablo the definitive hackslash game on the market.
Diablo's universe of Sanctuary has a lot of promise. There is a depth that is ever hinted at, and specifically the atmosphere of Diablo two created this feeling of a far greater universe beyond what the participant saw. It's a string with some powerful lore behind it, but it's fair to state that the franchise hasn't quite reached the heights of fantastic storytelling.
It is something that Blizzard might want to deal with, although exactly why the storyline has failed to hit at house is a matter of debate. Diablo 3 might have been the worst example of this, with a narrative that tried a much greater extent but that failed to deliver much attachment to either the figures or the bets.
Of course, the Diablo franchise is not one where ace will ever be a priority, but providing a solid principal plot could really add some extra punch into the match as a whole. Titles such as the original Dragon Age have proven that different character classes can still lead to a deep story across the board, and building on the potential that Diablo has to make a potent dark fantasy narrative could make all of the difference for Diablo 4.
There's a fair bit of customization in Diablo as it comes to the loot collected, however there are still components that can not be controlled. This leaves the match a little at odds in comparison to to even some of those RPG world, let alone titles. Indeed, Diablo 3 will feel somewhat restricted when it comes to picking character layouts, and Diablo 4 could do with an update in that regard.
Full visual customization of the characters would be great.
