It's only a thing in terms of Runescape participant retention

To a location where everyone was called Ali, the town was my initial exposure as a child. It was always presented as a Pollnivneach thing and that I never consider it related to the true life reductionist connection. The way it was done really surpassed likely and the trope since the backstory creates a explanation for why a civilization could do that how I consider civilizations. It was anything but a reductionist implementation despite its influence. It's not really a big deal but I feel their reasoning is shallow and their implementation was inept.
Personally the Ali titles were only a different variant of this Sirs in Runescape match. I believed it was a nice little joke, but their title change doesn't affect my gameplay so I guess it is whatever.RS3's management already has the stance of"fuck quests" from their activities. (1 brand new pursuit across nearly 10 months, and it was an mtx themed pursuit btw.) You do them once and then never interact with them again. They're no longer deemed'value' that the dev time apparently. He previously given the one he intended: The one in the previous ten months. The three were outside of 10 weeks. This effort at a smartass question just seems very dumb.
City full of'Ali' characters in the desert was deemed racist and badly represented middle people, so Jagex renamed them with names. People are salty as an old quest that is hardly relevant in the grand scheme of things no longer work with the name change, because the initial premise of the quest was that you needed to come across an'Ali', however everyone was appointed so.One of the primary attractions to RS is the distinctive questing experience. New Runescape players does not make sense and have to do a pursuit that is no longer funny. At the very least it's a negative thing in terms of fresh Runescape player retention.
I'm a relatively new Runescape player (barely a year) who enjoys quests and I must say that its less unique in the early stages. It is a drawback often, when you're requested to bring something from far away, and I learned to stock up on necessary items before starting the quest. The pursuit, after some rework to remove the jokes, would turn out to be just another one of those duller ones. Its not a big deal there are like 300 quests with possibly 20 good ones. The people making a significant deal is changed by the name is honestly just bothersome. Most of these people haven't played more or even pursuit in years, or even a decade.
It's only a thing in terms of Runescape participant retention because it's being showered. When I were a Runescape player, I would go'yet another dull pursuit, oof' instead of'meh, a quest with jokes'. Right now, it's like'Yikes, Jagex is bending to its a win for them, sjws and a loss for us'. That this has been treated. It's not a big deal so quit whining about it. Plenty of other quests that may be spruced up a LOT. I get the assumption of this pursuit has changed, but this doesn't actually impact anything for Runescape players. The rationale that pvp is dead in RS is that the learning curve of EoC is steep. Like, you can't even touch that individual. Even you can at least deal damage to some Runescape player. In RS3, it's like the less skilled Runescape player is constructed from paper and is trying to battle a brick wall.
