He needs to max rune with earth.Earth altar isn't in Mory... I don't even think there is an altar in Mory whatsoever, actually.that's true, at least OSRS, even though there is the true blood altar in Meiyerditch that's available in RS3.So if this gets introduced in an update it's only a simple matter of genie lamping into 77 RCNot yet, likely after the grandmaster pursuit after Sins if the Father.Blood alter is in Mory beneath Darkmeyer actually. There's no blood talisman from the game to enter it.

OR something that I said I'd complete over a year ago; go for an incredibly difficult accomplishment. Meanwhile collect ruby bolt hints and the kwuarms Iget, and'll want melee stats that are increased to make my TOB simpler. All when you look at it hoping to get a hint casket yeah it'll seem pretty moot. Nevertheless, it was a goal alongside productivity.
