In a current Courtside Report 2K announced some significant gameplay features and changes. You can now try these features out in the NBA 2K21 demo which is live!Thanks to the Current-Gen Gameplay Trailer we know The Neighborhood will be coming from NBA 2K21.How can you hit shots in NBA2K21?
Every match I play with my team is shooting less than 40%. Ive hit 1 over the duration of my 4 games and I simply can't get anything to go beside open layups. It is ridiculous. What are you doing to strike shots? Google Crazy Eyes from Mr. Deeds and you can see a pic of the developer who made the shooting mechanisms. Stick when catch and shoot or post fade. Button from anywhere in near. Works for me but it required a bit of practice. I've been playing since 2K13 but I have never been that great of a player. My newcomer players've never played this bad in 2k16,17,18,19 and 20
I swear I feel like I have wasted $149 (Aussie dollars). I'd really like to be shooting at 40% but I am lucky if I can hit 20%. I just play offline. I know we've scrub players right now, and I am a below average player but badly even layups which are in the middle of the meter are not going in. I do not even dare to try a jump shooter. The AI appears to be absurd levels too. I understand they want to reward skill in 2k21 however this type of material is going to really put off casual players and those new the 2K franchise and new to basketball games.
I've been playing since 2K13 but I've never been that great of a player. I would say I'm average, but I know I shouldn't be missing all these 3s. My starter players've never played with this bad in 2k16,17,18,19 and 20. I've got a 75 3 pointer, I think I greened one shot like 5 nba games. . Mostly broad open shots... and this was on allstar not even thinking to go at the rec center. .
The only other 2K I played before 2K20 was 2K13 and that was on PC. I improved a hell of a lot in 2K20 to the point where I could go as large as Superstar without using STS. However, this is a completely different level using a very different mechanic. I did ok in the demo and in the quickgames with all the brand new shooting meter but can't hit the side of a duplex here.Genuinely shooting 2/16 in an offline triple threat game on just layups and 1 available jumpshot that airballed on slightly early.
Yeah, I nearly have a feeling they will change this. 2k might realize if mostly everyone does not have pro dribble moves the game will feel and look exceptionally slow.That slashing playmaker is the one! I made mine to find lock takeover as an option, but I am trapped between that and slashing because I really like to play defense.I created a 6'9 one which gets 22/1/13/22. I had been going for a Shawn Kemp kind of player and I think I got what I was going for.
