I suggest you focus on Slayer for RuneScape

I suggest you focus on Slayer for the time being; it's profitable (more so at higher levels( but still profitable) and also you train most of your skills while slaying. Also, I propose getting 80 dungeoneering for a Chaotic. Until then, try to receive 70 attack to get a Whip. Lastly, I suggest that you do some quests today. A good deal of your abilities are reduced, and the xp rewards would help you skip a few instruction. And glad to hear you've got membership!
Barrows is tier 70 tank armor, so it is somewhat on accord with GWD armor. Barrows provides more defensive boosts whereas GWD gives offensive boosts. I'd avoid using barrows for ordinary slayer as it's not going to be well worth the repairs. Dragon rider is pretty expensive, and you merely have 4m to spend. You should be fine with range since dragonhide is cheap (Royal is tier 65, prices maybe 30k for entire set?)
Slayer Masters are: Duradel/Lapalok - Level 50 Slayer, Shilo Village. This requires Plague's End, which subsequently requires 11 level 75 skills and a buttload of quests. Will take a while. 2h Weapons and double wield is the way to go now. You should only utilize safeguards for hard slayer tasks or dragons (if you don't have some antifire pots). So if I were you I would buy a dspear, as that's a cheap tier 60 melee weapon (you might also go for dual wield dlongs/dscims). For mage, do the Mage Arena (in the wilderness) and get a god team. For range, get a classic shortbow. That's all I can think of.
Alright, thinking about the price drops of bandos it seems to be within price range because of me. Can it be fairly stable in the present rates or should I look at it? In terms of range is shortbow the thing to do? Are crossbows no longer good or desired? Can you suggest getting different kind of weapons? At the moment I already have dual wield Dscims from last time I played this accounts. If what do you suggest.
As for Whips are that they still favourable for the time being? No, that is not because they don't understand how to nerf a thing - it's the defect in the grade system itself. The grade system is honestly a HORRIBLE idea. For those who have not realized, almost all weapons and armour are now scaled with an incredibly simple, direct relationship with requirement level. The end result of this is the death of uniqueness of weapons or armour.
