The clip begins by noting how the franchise's new staff system will bring to the mode, claiming it'll give players the ability to handle "everything from the front office all the way to the field." They'll have the ability to create and employ new employees, and their employees will be able to access a talent tree which can help them develop their team's performance and adapt their players for a certain playing style.
