There are mods from the more conventional sense, also: you download a file, and then put it in the appropriate place in your FIFA 23 files, normally in the FIFA 23 - Data folder. Again, each modder will possess their own pair of instructions.Lastly, for squad files which overwrite default FIFA 23 group files -- helpful if you need upgrade transfers -- you have to download the document and place it in your Documents - FIFA 23 - Settings folder. Everybody will have their own view on this, but the upshot is this: lots of FIFA players use mods, and EA does not appear to mind, which we find notification. If you're only using mods to enhance the single-player part of your game, then basically modding FIFA 23 is exactly like modding another sport. You are not doing anybody any harm. Just make sure you deactivate any applicable mods before going online because, predictably, playing with mods online will get you in trouble.
Nown as the Career Mode Cheat Table for preceding FIFA versions, this can be a tool out of modder Aranaktu that lets you edit players, supervisors, budgets, profession style scouting, and more. The current version is a really early iteration, and you may expect it to expand in the next few months.
However, it's still fairly comprehensive: you can edit player data, change player training to provide them infinite sessions, employ free scouts, disable morale, disclose the potentials of each scouted player, give unlimited subs, and much much more. This time from long-time modder Paulv2k4, The following work in progress mod. In future, the mod will make a number of core gameplay adjustments, including more direct AI dribbling, more AI shooting, more AI handling and a"brand new ball control system". At this time it's still in alpha, and the chief shift makes dribbling skill more dependent on player characteristics.

Paulv2k4 is also creating a FIFA Modding Tool which, much like the Live Editor, will use a very simple UI that you tweak many aspects of FIFA, focusing on gameplay. It's now in bet. He is also planning a full launch of a mod to fix the problems with FIFA 23's career mode.
